RETAIL SALES SPECIALIST (INDOORS)

Responsibilities:

  • Your job, while at all times projecting a professional Company image, is to :
  • Build relationships with walk-in customers;
  • Provide professional consultations to assist customers in identifying their needs and matching those with our range of product lines;
  • Display Exceptional Customer Service;
  • Provide feedback on customer service issues and to propose prompt and appropriate solutions;
  • Attend to retail outlet's daily operations including product display, stock inventory and sales order processing;
  • Performing back-end office functions;
  • Invest in your own career development - by attending various training programmes and carrying out assignments;
  • Assist at road shows, trade exhibitions and events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum "O" or "N" level, Diploma or any other equivalent qualification;
  • Fresh Graduates and school leavers are encouraged to apply. Training Programs will be provided for Customer Service, Sales, Product Knowledge and Mechanical skills;
  • Working experience using Point-of-Sale (POS) retail operations will be an added advantage;
  • MUST be customer & service orientated, energetic and enthusiastic about interacting with people. Possess all the right attitudes such as proactive, self-disciplined, responsible, strong team spirit and an unquenchable desire to learn;
  • Preferably possess an avid interest in bikes and biking activities;
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

 

RETAIL SUPERVISOR

To be the Person-In-Charge of the Outlet to effectively oversee the overall outlet management and co-ordinate the day-to-day activities of the retail operations in terms of :

Responsibilities:

  • The achievement of outlet operational efficiency, productivity, profitability and sales target.
  • Implementing the Company Policy and Procedures.
  • Enhancing corporate brand image and to ensure an Exceptional Customer Service experience.
  • Being responsible for outlet's manpower management in terms of manpower planning, training, motivation, supervision and succession planning.
  • Being responsible for the effective execution of the Sales Plan, conducting Sales Analysis and managing the outlet's sales & profits.
  • Inventory control management and security management.
  • Providing feedback on sales & customer service issues and to propose appropriate solutions.
  • Coordinating with Marketing on the aspects of in-store promotion & visual merchandising.
  • Housekeeping.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE "O" level, Diploma in Sales & Marketing or any other equivalent qualification. Those without the necessary qualifications but with extensive relevant working experiences are also encouraged to apply. Minimum 2-3 years working experience in a similar capacity in retail or equivalent;
  • Knowledge or working experience using Point-of-Sale (POS) will be an advantage, but not necessary;
  • Must be energetic and enthusiastic about interacting with people. Possess all the right attitudes such as proactive, self-disciplined, responsible, strong team spirit and an unquenchable desire to learn;
  • Must be customer & service orientated;
  • Possess strong leadership abilities as well as good training and coaching skills;
  • Good supervisory, communication and organising skills;
  • Preferably possess an avid interest in bikes and biking activities;
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays;
  • Willing to be transferred within our chain of Rodalink outlets (where necessary).
  • It's a tall order but remuneration will commensurate with the quality of the successful candidate.

RETAIL TECHNICAL SPECIALIST (INDOORS)

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and conduct repairs and maintenance on bikes;
  • Provide feedback on technical support service issues and to propose prompt and appropriate solutions;
  • Attend to retail outlet's daily operations including product display, stock inventory, etc;
  • Performing back-end office functions;
  • Housekeeping. Invest in your own career development - by attending various training programmes and carrying out assignments.

Internship for Sales & Marketing Students
MYR 500 - 800 (Commission Provided)
Selangor - Hartamas, Bangsar, Putrajaya & Bandar Botanic

During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:

Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional Customer Service;
  • Managing Relationship with Customers;
  • Sales Negotiation & Closing;
  • Professional Consultations;
  • Retail Outlet Operation;
  • Social Marketing;
  • Problem-solving in relation to customer service issues;
  • Analysis of sales and stocks;
  • Road shows, trade exhibitions and events.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Good Customer Service.
  • Preferred skill(s): Passionate About Cycling.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Preferred language(s): Chinese.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Hartamas,Bangsar,Putrajaya & Botanic.
  • 3 Internship position(s) for duration of 3 month(s).
